Ally Henville, Head of Production and Producer

A driving force behind the scenes in the Australian production industry, Ally Henville’s list of credits span feature films and over 240 hours of television drama.

Most recently Ally produced the highly anticipated ABC/BBC Studios television series Wakefield and the fourth season of Australia’s favourite drama  Doctor Doctor. 

Previously she line produced the Tim Minchin starrer Upright, the Netflix/ABC drama Pine Gap and previously three seasons of Doctor Doctor. Other projects include Active Kidz, A gURLs wURLd, Laid, three series of Dance Academy, Sam Fox: Extreme Adventures, series one and two of In Your Dreams, the second series of Wonderland, the multi-award-winning series Ready for This, the telefeature Julian Clary: Down Under and Here Come the Habibs.  

As Production Manager Ally’s TV credits include the ABC telemovie Marriage Acts,  selected episodes of Love is a Four Letter Word, the ABC mini-series The Farm, Changi, Fireflies, and Blue Water High (Series 1, 2 and 3), as well as the multi-award-winning feature film Radiance, starring Deborah Mailman and directed by Rachel Perkins, and Gillian Armstrong’s acclaimed feature-length documentary Not Fourteen Again.
